Your workzone needs to be a lot more messy. It's not normal to be able to move around without falling over and breaking stuff that is sprawled all over the floor.

Other than that, it looks great! I have not checked out those skimmers, did you get it from MS? A Google had them on the top of the list.

 Yeah, I try to keep my space as messy as possible. :D Yeah, got the MSX250 from MS. The one in Ohio. ;) They ship with a slightly different pinwheel design than the Reef Octopus. Same skimmer and pumps though. Supposed to be more efficient in producing the nog than the Octopus. We'll see...... :)

Congrats on getting started up. I remember we talked about you going bigger way back last July. I'm running the MSX 200 version myself right now. Works pretty good if you get it at the right depth and the intake set right. I'm sure you've probably seen the extensive MSX thread in the equipment forum. Looking forward to your build. My tank's a mess right now. Will be debating for awhile on whether to continue or not. Just trying to keep the remainder of my corals and all of my fish alive and happy for now. Good luck!

I was wondering how your tank was doing Dave... What's going on with it? Sorry to hear it's not doing well at the moment. :(

Oh yeah, spent hours on both of the MSX threads. Talked to a couple of guys with the 250's, seems like they are happy with them. For the price it seems like a good deal.

Oh, a divorce, sole custody of my young son, changes in my work schedule, etc etc. If you don't get time to work on these tanks, they can go south pretty quickly on you. That's what happened to mine. Lost all my sps, including that huge monti cap. Glass is grungy. All my softies, RBTA's (I have 4 of them right now), all my LPS, and all my fish are still doing ok. I have some things going on right now and I'm kind of waiting to see what transpires before I decide to keep going and expand, or pack it in and sell everything.

Oh man, sounds like you've had your hands full. What a bummer. Hopefully whatever transpires will be good news for you. That would be awful after all that to have to lose your nice tank too. Crossing my fingers that won't happen. :)
