ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhh PLEASE DON'T GO!!!!!! This thread (along with NG's) are the two that I have followed for months. I have learned SO MUCH from all of you. This is one of my 2 fav's because of all that are on nightly.......when I get home from work, and need a little reef reading!

It is just stacked... very very carefully...
I didn't want to drill my rocks. It was pretty hard to get ledges or shelfs without doing so, because they need such a heavy counterweight to keep them from toppling.
If I was starting from scratch I would probably drill the tank, and do something like NanoGurl's design. I'm a huge fan of pillars now, her tank is awesome :thumbsup:
I just don't know about all that barebottom nonsense though :lol:

It's been quite a process and some of the more recent developments have included PAR Testing, bouts with bryopsis, black ich, regular ich, and zooanthid predatory spiders... yes SPIDERS!!!

However, with all the help I have received, I have managed to make it through all of that relatively unscathed (minus one zoanthid frag). Thanks again everyone for all your support thus far... and onward we go!
They killed one of my frags, and were starting in on 2 other frags before I found them. Luckily the other 2 survived though.

Have you been to reef systems lately?
if not he has started working on his 800 gallon and finally got it full of water last time i was there all i can say about his aquascape is wow i watched him put some of it in. don't know why i thought of that but it is very nice.
