so here is an odd twist of events... my business partner's girlfriend is throwing a large morton shed (an insulated warehouse type of building farmers use to store machinery, for those not familiar) on her property, and has decided to just throw on an extra 1,000 square feet in a separate room attached to the shed to our specifications, to serve as a primary location until renovations at my location are done. Also, I saw an amazing looking radiantly neon green bubble tip with bright orange tips and a rich purple base on bluezoo and snatched it up along with a rose bubble on sale. The green bubble (which was the clear prize of the two) adjusted almost instantly once introduced to its tank. the rose looked a bit unhappy for the first few hours, but looked progressively better and readily ate after about 2 hours. Yesterday it looked fantastic, and today it looks like hammered hell and seems to be going through the horrible-looking pains of adjustment that some RBTAs seem to go through. I have had RBTAs both live and die during the adjustment phase, but also have had some that never go through it at all. Only time will tell. On the flip side, the Green Bubble looks bigger every day (its significantly larger than the posted size when i purchased it), and if it maintains this healthy look over the next 4 weeks, we will begin splicing mid june. The new facility should be completed around July 1st.
