Sounds like we're in the same boat. My wife is also pregnant - our first. She's due in July. Looks like we may be delivering a baby and a reef together... :lol:

That sound like fun. My wife due a month after your . The GOOD thing is i will 1 month to prep the house, fix the garage, setup the tank before she coming over . I will leave California at the end of Aug and drive the two cars to Colorado. Once i get there, i will have the contractor to finish the insulation, epoxy the garage floor and the HVAC guy to do the heater and run couple outlet to my garage for me. My mother in law will take care of the wife and my baby while im busy setting up the tank (i mean house)

I'll bet she comes home to blank walls, no flooring and you'll be sat there on your wooden chair (the only furniture in the house)looking at a fully blown reef :lol:

I highly doubt it will split this week even if you have your whole crews over . BTW, i have your ER Mod so well that you don't even know it has been mod from RS serious to RC series... It was very clean with all the gray unions and fitting .... If you want it back let me know. I will give you 10% off $700

I don't think you'll be much satisfied to see a pregnant mermaid .

Wait, so you've already added the recirc pump, and you want to add another Eheim? So 2 feed pumps and a recirc? Won't that be too much turbulence?

Ryan, i will take your advice. I will start a new thread once i moved in and ready to setup the tank. This thread is pretty much for opinion and suggestion and BS . The new thread will have helpful information and lots of picture.

The original pump is already done recir, i want to add the second eheim also recir. I will feed the skimmer via the overflow box or maxijet 1200. It will have a little turbulence but if you know how to play with the air valve, the protein skimmer will work well :mixed:
