Steve's 480g upgrade

maybe you woke up on the wrong side. you should sleep it over one more time and see what happened tomorrow.

Good one...
dont stress about the baby, you will be fine with the first one. it is actually easier when they are younger cuz they don't walk and aren't as demanding. babies love fish tanks too, just dont let them stare at the lights. beside you are almost done, i think its the wait that is killing you. maybe you should setup a 12g nanocube in the mean time. ;), so you dont get rusty too.

You can't quit, Steve. Once a reefer, always a reefer. It's in your blood. You'll do fine with everything :)

I was just kidding folks. I have a few friends who call me on the phone threatened to beat my behind if i quit. :D. It is very frustrated to sit here looking at all the equipment, the tank but i can't get it up and running yet.

I think it is all SeanT fault for playing reverse psychology on me :D

Well, even if you sell all your equipment, you should at least keep the ER - do you know HOW much time I spent packing that thing? :p

Terry, you are correct. I love this hobby and is my only hobby.

The question was "Steve, how long does it take you to unpack the ER?" The answer is "almost an hour" :D

Really??? :lol2:

With that much time invested, you can't quit the hobby now! :D

Steve I felt the same way for little, but I wasn’t jokin. Then I started feeling guilty buying all the tank stuff. I stopped the tank for a bit and bought every baby thing imaginable. It was nice when we brought him home I didn’t need to get anything for a while. It helped me focus on the tank without a guilty conscious.

Another sales clincher I told my self was. I am going to be stuck home now with little one not wanting to do a lot of traveling with a new born.

Eric, i bought pretty much everything that need for my daughter but the feeling of spending lots of money on equipment does bother me sometime :D

I feel for u Steve...good thing my son is now 3 1/2 years but when he 1st come into my life, for sure there is some adjustments to be made....but like they say "once a reefer, always a reefer"

Hang in there and everything will work out fine...

god bless!!

I think STeve is officially back in the hobby! He just posted on the BK thread, saying he ordered his BK500 Ext :eek2: what a monster!!

I'm taking the advantage of the Group buy to get the 500ext. Most of the credit to go Terry for passing the word around and organize the BK club.
