Do you have any plans on how to add your fish. Which ones first, QT methods, how many at a itme.

Eric, I will let my system run without anyfish for a month then Chromis and Damsel for a month then i will add my large Vlamingi. I don't plan to add anymore fish till next year after getting my tax return. :D. I won't QT the chromis and damsel because that is the first batch of fish entering the tank. I will start with a large school of chromis (60) and (40) Fiji damsel and cardinal chromis.

The Vlamingi has been in captive for a long time. I don't think i will QT him.

For the future fish, i will have a large tank 5x3x12 with 100w of Emperor aquatic U.V and Terry's ER to hold them for couple weeks. I will fresh water deep all of them first. What do you think?

I can't believe i accidentally pack my keys chain and ship it across country without knowing...

I don't remember do you have any tanks up now with rock and sand you will be transferring, to help start off?

Eric, I don't have any tank up and running at this point. But i do have 500-600lbs of used to be live rock sitting in RODI water. All the rock came from my old tank and i bought some from fellow reefers. I dip all the live rock into RODI with bleach for a week, air dry for couple weeks then let it sit in RODI again for almost a month now.

I will use brand new live sand in my RDSB and a few pound of live rock which i will get from LFS in Denver.

any medications used where you plan to purchased chromis and damsels from? 2009 tax return is a long way from home :D by then you might forget the fishes you want. make sure you copy and saved this page so you will remember. fishes will always be hit and miss just like any other livestocks purchased unless you buy from a great source like LA. well almost the end of the months already, we need stand pics. i know it should be done :D

John haven't call me on the stand yet. He told me last week that he will be busy with work and family. I don't wanna rush the guy on the stand. I am not going to spent lots of money on fish in the first two years. I will stay with 100 chromis and damsel and my Vlamingi till the wife get back to work :D

BTW, i am open for donation as well :D. I will take anything that you don't want.

how much did you pay for the vlamingi again? 100 chromis @ $2.50 each :D. guess you wont be buying any fishes for a very long time? wife going back to work

Wife going back to work so i don't have to pay for her car bill. It is $1k monthly. She want to payoff the car in 3yrs so the monthly is almost at much as my rent :D

For some odd reason i feel like i want to quit when i woke up this morning. I'm getting confuse of what i want to do, which equipment to get, how am i going to take care of the tank when my baby born. I think i will sell all my stuff and may be i will start again after my baby getting older.

With the new baby coming it will be hard but if you remember that family comes first then i think you can do it.
