IMO if you want a small peaceful fish a dottyback is not a good idea, and you should add it first.

Magenta dottybacks aren't gobies. I would say to look into the yellow watchman or randall's watchman gobies. They are interesting to watch, especially as part of a pair with pistol shrimp.

not trying to be argumentive but its been peacefull for 4 years now.
they have lots of caves and are well fed. maby i should count my blessins and not add anything else if u think it would disrupt the peace.

Kudos to you, I've never heard of those 4 fish being peaceful for that long (except in really large tanks)! I've actually never had any of those fish because of what I've seen in friends' tanks & the stories I hear from people I know that have them.
All of your fish are known to be aggressive (maybe they're equally so & that's why they all get along in your tank :lmao. Normally I would recommend a goby because it would occupy different territory than the rest of them, but without sand I really can't recommend that.
I don't have any experience with clown gobies, so I don't know how well they'd stand up to being a new fish in a tank with those 4 in it. Maybe someone else would know.
We have a 55 and 4 fish is our peaceful limit with 75 lbs of very holey rock in it.

Well with clowns it depends on the species as far as how aggressive they get. If you have a percula or ocellaris the they aren't quite so bad. Suprised with a peaceful tank being that you have a dottyback and a damsel in the tank. They are usually pretty aggressive. Up to you on whether to add the clown, but if it isn't a percula or ocellaris then don't.
