Stocking my 220

Ok, here are the rules...

1. No, I do not want a shark.

2. No groupers or other large predators.

3. There will be a school of 20-25 Chromis.

4. I already have a pgymy angel, and a pair of gold banded maroon clownfish so no more angels or clowns.

5. I like tangs, but don't want more than three.

6. Lighting will likely be T-5's and minimal corals (Softies and LPS).

I want lots of fish that will live together with minimal problems.

The tank is a 72"Lx24"Wx32"T.

Alright, help me stock....

flame hawkfish
genicanthus angels (won't fight with your current angel)
2 blue/hippo tangs
1 yellow tang
6 squammie anthias
3 blue devil damsels
6-line wrasse
pair of royal grammas

Flame Hawkfish! How did I forget about that one. The so clled coolest fish ever. a 6-line is a good idea too. Not really big on the hippo or yellow tangs. Maybe it's just that they are too common. What about a flasher wrasse? Be ok with a 6-line? How about a clown tang? Too aggressive?

I would swap out the chromis for cardinals. There have been a few threads around here lately (one started by me) and the general consensus is you have a pretty good chance of your chromis picking each other off.

So that makes it:
20-25 cardinals (longspine/threadfin or orange-lined)
1 pygmy angel
2 GSM clowns

I would add:
10 Lyretail Anthias
5 Bimaculatus Anthias
(Make sure only one male anthias in the entire group)
Mated pair of Gobies (stonogobiops yashia or similar) and pistol shrimp
Powder Blue Tang
If you don't want snails, hermit crabs, or shrimp:
Harlequin Tusk
Bluethroat Trigger (pair perhaps?)
Maybe a few wrasses thrown in as well
