Stocking options

i am thinking of a set up with 2 tanks and a shared sump. the tanks are going to be approx 24L x 20W x 16T. just wondering what types of horses may co exhist together and howmany horse. i was also hoping to get a few pipe fish aswell. is this tall enough for horses? the other tank is just going to be dedicated inverts and such (sexy shrimp, pompom crabs, and a couple of fish. the second tank i am debating horses and pipefish but was also pondering a mantis shrimp. the tanks are not built yet, so dimensions can easily be changed if need be, however i would like to stay close to that size. what stocking optons would be best?????????

I should add that i have thought of dwarfs but dont think i can meet the constant need of brine shrimp.

Do you want the seahorses to breed? At 16" tall, if you wanted to breed the seahorses, the seahorses may have limited success unless you chose a species that only grows to 4" or 5" inches, like the fuscus. You may have some additional options if you can get some of the Australian bred horses.
