strain on wavebox

hi there roger wavebox is still doing well 1 month after purchise in my 4ft tank iv just added a 6000 tunze at the opersite end to the box iv got it running full power my return from the sump is also at that end of the tank thats 7000 ltrs +3000ltrs 10,000 total facing towards wavebox which iv turned up full power to keep a good wave motion is this going to put to much presure on the wavebox running it continues flat out thanks mick

As long as it is being run with the included controller it shouldn't be a problem- i.e. turning off and on. It was not built to run continuously, it isn't a matter of the power setting, the pump was deliberately made for off and on cycles.

thanks for reply yes im useing it correctly just got twice as much flow coming from other end of tank towards the wavebox ,but its still creating a good wave motion im impressed!
