Strange behaviors from my clown

Hello,
I've a pair of Black & White Percula Clown in my 50 gal tank for couple months. Both of them are very peaceful until couple days when I put my hand into the tank to move some coral. The little male went into aggressive mode and keep nipping at my hand. The same behavior happened again yesterday. Is this normal behaviors? Why is this little guy suddenly become so aggressive?

First they are Black and White Ocellaris. Black and Whites can be very aggressive.
