Strange discoloration on Clownfish

Hi guys,

I need a little help. Does anybody know what this strange mark is on my clownfish? Almost looks like a bruise. Black and blueish. Does it look like Septicemia to anyone? his other white spot has slight reddish spots which worries me. Only one side.

Ok, that's not working for some reason. I'm a total newbie, only got fish because they were about to become homeless, I know nothing about what I'm doing, but even I can tell there must be something wrong here. So, that being said, the next question would be about quarantine-ing, I only have one tank. any suggestions? And if it is in fact septicemia, should I get anitibiotics for all the fish?
