strange wrasse behaviour

after 8 weeks of QT i added a 4" male c.rosefacias to my tank last saturday.
These fish are know to be aggressive but it is the most timid non anthias fish i have ever seen. It is not timid to myself but is scared of all fish in the tank (achilles who hates the wrasse, majestic, percula) which are all smaller than it and even scared of cleaner and sexy shrimp which i thought the latter would become a meal.

I am not experienced with wrasse do you think this behaviour will change and it will become typically aggresive with time?

Thanks.
Ryan

I have found that wrasses take time to warm up to a new environment. I had a fairy wrasse that was timid for some time, but became one of the most active swimmers/feeding fish in my tank... and i have an achilles too.

Yes, I do. Although you did not mention a fish in your population that would obviously be harassed.
