Everyone is out of stock and very backlogged, it is pretty much essential to preorder with someone. I was told that production should catch up in early April. This means we might be through all backorders here by June. The problems lie in production in Germany and is just simply part of being a small company that has had a rapid growth. Every pump is hand assembled and tested before it leaves and maximum production is 200 units per week, worldwide their are 500 backorders and new orders come in everyday. All three of our internet vendors do a good job and all have orders in for product as soon as we recieve it but I know that everyone I have talked to has at least 6 orders to fill and some are for 4 pump kits. My best advice is place an order and wait, otherwise you will always be at the end of the line.
