Streaming Webcam Options

I'm looking to get a webcam to watch my tank when I'm away, and to be honest, to show it off to folks. The problem I'm having is that the one I have been using (D-link DCS-5020L) doesn't handle the heavy blue spectrum and overall intensity well at all, and I don't want to make the same mistake again. What cameras are out there that are affordable and realistically capture reef tanks?

Go buy a Ubiquiti Unifi G3 camera.

It will let you livestream to youtube directly from the camera without the need for a computer. That way you can check your tank anywhere in the world by just going to your youtube stream.

I honestly doubt anything is gonna handle the blue. Even 1000$ slr cameras need filters and adjusting thru programs to depict a clear picture. My nestcam is the same deal with crappy blues messing up the image.

If you set the white balance on a dslr they look great without any post processing. Most of the coral sellers who sell 4 polyps of alien glowing sps for $1000 go that route.

Not on a tank but the software has settings for color, saturation, contrast, brightness, hue, etc which gets saved directly to the camera.
