Streams or wavebox

Would a Wavebox or two 6060 streams be best for a BB 75 mixed reef. Mainly lps, zoas, and ect.

I would say the wavebox provided you have some other current like a Sea Swirl, strong return, closed loop. You need some sort of directional flow. Not a big fan of the 6060/6080 for reef tanks, they are great to supplement flow, for African Cichlids and for FOWLRs but in a reef the adjustability of the electronic pumps is really useful.

Well If I go with the 6000 streams and got the controllers that would end up costing more then just a wavebox. I've only got a 600 gph overflow so not a strong return at all. Would the new nano streams work out better? I'm use to not having contollable pumps so that wouldn't bother me. Before I took the tank down I had the seio pumps but not a fan of them.

The Nano Streams would be great. I just worry that the 6060 may be too much and you can't turn it down if it is. The wavebox isn't a total flow solution it just rocks the water back and forth and you need a directional flow source to go with it. I think a wavebox and a 6045 Stream would be a great solution.

One more question. Which of the new nano streams would be good for a 20 gallon high BB tank. I was thinking two of the smaller models.

It depends on the inhabitants, really all 3 could work depending on what you will keep.
