Stuck at home, some fish pictures

So, 2 weeks ago today I had my 6th back surgery, and last night I finally felt good enough to clean/do a water change on my 65 (( I had help, still can't lift anything over 10 pounds )), so I thought I would take some pictures of the fish tonight. I plan on getting updated pictures of the other 2 tanks over the coming days -- as pain allows.

Anyways, here are the pictures.

Golden lawnmower blenny. (( Atrosalarias fuscus, I believe ))

Just ate some pellets,

Flame angel (( Centropyge loriculus )), was part of a pair, but lost the female when I moved back in June. It is the leader of this tank,

Going for some pellets,

Coral Beauty (( Centropyge bispinosa )) is second in command. Was in the tank before the Flame, but deferred to the flame pretty quickly. There was some chasing for about 4 days, and that was it. I did have the flame in an acclimation box for 6 days before releasing it.

Lastly, a multicolored (( Centropyge multicolor )) I have had this one for about 2 years now. It was housed with the coral beauty before my move, and it fairly passive -- the 3rd in command. Will be chased once in a blue moon, but no torn fins, and still eats like a pig.

Sorry about the back surgery, I know what your going thru. Pic's look good though.

Pictures, as always are awesome! Glad things are improving!!! Is your multicolor reef safe for LPS corals?

You are really making me want a dwarf angel or two there Todd. Great photos and I am glad your dwarf angels leave your corals alone enough for them to live and grow!

You will feel better in no time and I am sure your little command center will entertain you :D

Thanks a lot. But, sorry that you know what I am going through.

Thanks Steve.

Not sure, all of my other dwarfs love fleshy LPS, so I haven't tried any with this guy.

Beautiful Golden Sailfin Blenny! It's my all time favorite fish.

Hope your recuperation goes smoothly.

Thank you. Right now he is my oldest fish, love its personality.

Thank you.

Wish they would eat some of those soft corals, they are out of control.

It does help me get better just laying around and watching the fish.

any trouble with the angels in with the corals? I have a bicolor in QT right now and I can't decide if I want to put him in the display. Great pics BTW.

Some issues here and there, but nothing too bad. I currently have 6 dwarfs, all in mixed reef tanks. However, there are 2 dwarfs that I will never try in a mixed tank again; one is a lemonpeel, and the other......yes bi-color.

Beautiful, I'm jealous

Thank you very much.

I hope to get my 40 breeder cleaned tomorrow, and get pictures of the fish in that tank.

I love that multicolored. :)

Thanks a lot.

What is funny, is before I moved the white was "dirty" looking, but every since the move it has cleaned up and is white again. The only thing I can think of is that I am now running this tank about 3* cooler at this place.

This is a further back shot, showing it in the loft upstairs,

Beautiful pics. Love the multi color. I have one as well and it's a gorgeous fish. I admire your ability to keep them all together! Hope you're on the mend soon!

Sorry to hear about your back. Your fat golden blenny always cracks me up (presuming thats the same one from previous pics). Fish are looking great.

Your aquascaping is amazing Todd!!!

Thank you very much.

Thanks. This trio is working out really well, I think using the acclimation box went along way towards this working. Plus, the personalities of the fish -- sure if I tried this exact trio again, it might not work.

Thanks, yeah, it is the same one. It is a little pig -- and is almost getting to be like a grumpy old man -- sometimes will wait for the food to come to it.

Beautiful fish Todd! They all look so fat and happy.

Thanks my dear.

Todd, pray you're up and better quickly.

I'm glad you're feeling better! The fish look wonderful! Very nice shots, too.

Thanks guys. Out of all the reasons to have to have a back surgery (( for the symptoms I had )), this was the best reason. The fusion I had worked perfectly, I just happened to grow too much bone, and it caused the nerve to be tethered to the bone. Was able to walk a mile the other day, not bad for 2 weeks from the surgery.

Here is a sample of the next tank -- which I hope to clean today.

I've been wondering if a lot of those pygmy angels (my bellus, too) like slightly cooler temps? Probably too general a statement.

I do believe that the multicolors do prefer cooler temps, and think the same holds true for potter's.

That is one nice thing about the new place -- the A/C can keep up during the summer months. My old place (( rented a townhouse )), the A/C would run all day long and the place would still be 77* -- I like to keep it no warmer than 74*, I tend to get warm.
