I have two 250 watt Ice Cap MH Ballast , with spider reflectors , and mogul sockets . $75. each . I also have a 6000 BTU split system chiller ( no controller ) $425. This system needs to be installed by an AC Tech . It only pulls 4.5 amps . , and all the heat , and noise is out side . ( Pick up only )

Ted

Mike I had to make some big changes in my plans . I will have to get by on less watts ,if I want to keep my tank . Ted

Ted,

No problems. I just thought I would ask. What kind of power consuption are you wanting to get on your 225? I guess you don't have it up and running yet?

Later,
Chris

Chris , the tank has water in it , but no live stock . I'm working on all the systems , from lighting on down . Ted

Ted,

I don't have much but I have some LPS mainly frogspaw, zoos, and some other frags. Let me know if you are interested, I will give to you.

I am not liking the growth in my tank and hope to post in this forum soon asking for help. When I do I will take some photos, if you see some corals you want I will give you some.

Cheers,
Chris

Ted,

I am glad you sold your lighting. I know you are glad to get rid of it.

The help I need is knowledge. My corals are not really growing and I just want to pick everyones brains and see if I can get some pointers to improve my system. One day I will post eveything about my system and ask for the help. Time I need more. (-:

Cheers,
Chris

The Chiller is still available . This is a good set up to keep the noise , and heat outside . It only pulls 4.5 amps . Ted
