Stupid question/Worst thread...

Can't believe I am posting this but here goes....I need the adhesive mounts for a MP40 & MP10 ....not the wet side/Dry side that Goo oogle comes up with but the little adhesive X mounts for the wire? the sticky squares so that the wires are mounted/placed above the driver on the glass

I know- terrible any help is appreciated
