Successful Popeye Treatments

For those that have experience with treating popeye, especially in clownfish, please list your setup, procedures, and medications. I'm in a similar situation. I was going to attempt to move him to a Quarinting tank and set up a Hospital tank for treatments. What medications do you prefer? Malachite Green, Methalyne Blue, Maracyn, Copper, or something else?
