Suggestions guys, considering a tang from an RC member and local forum member

Lo and behold... The chevron I am interested in is from a member on RC. upon talking to him and meeting him and the fish, he performed ttm and 100% wc for 6 weeks! Supposedly during the whole fallow period. These are his fish:

I know I said I would ttm each fish I buy, but does anyone feel it is necessary to ttm a fish that already went through it? I am so anal at this point that I researched "chevron and ttm" because I had a feeling there would be a thread, and his experience popped up. I am glad I looked, but if you were me and considering the fish, would you perform ttm again?

I would QT all new fish regarless of their source. Better safe then sorry...

Luckily for me, I gots all the tools for ttm, and my current tangs will be done on Tuesday! Currently dosing the last transfer with PP as the purple tang has what appears to be flukes (white spots that have what looks like comma-shaped tails coming off them. Visibly elevated from the skin, looked like the parasite pics off of some guy's angel on the sub forum recently). Pt doesn't flash, shake head, breathe abnormally, eats normally. Fins look normal.
