Suggestions on return pumps?

hey everone I'm setting up a 125 gallon tank with a 55 gallon sump with a head height of about 60". I was just curious on your suggestions for a reliable, quiet, submersible pump that would fit my criteria. Thanks!

Good pump. Remember that with a larger pump you can always valve it down with a gate but you can't get more flow from a smaller pump. You could get the 3.5 and be good though.
