Sump logic?

Hi and Happy Thanksgiving!

I'm hoping to tap on the club's collective experience. The latest thing I'm puzzling on is a sump for the new 150g. I have it in my head to have it laid out in a linear, or serial flow rather than parallel for fuge etc. Maybe even do a "U" shape layout.

If I do that (stop me if I messed up) there will be: filter sock, skimmer, rdsb plumbing, media reactor, fuge w/chaeto/rubble, bubble trap, return which pushes through chiller on the way back to tank.

If different, what order would you choose? Why?
