Wow wonderful tank. Are these lights just on for the photos or is it typically this well lit?

Thanks, there are KZ 6x80w t5 lights. They are on for 8 hours a day. I like to see what's in the tank well and 6 tubes gives me a better choice of tube variation to bring the yellow and orange...

wow nice tank, how often do you feed them?

I feed the tank daily with 10 cubes of frozen mysis and 30 cubes of brine. There are 9 Rhizos which get a small piece of lance fish each twice a week...

It is about 5x2x2. The lights are Korallen Zucht 6x80w t5. I use 4 marine light and 2 fiji purple tubes which bring the yellow and orange very well.

Thanks

Beautiful. That tank pops at you

Can you explain the setup a bit?

The tank has been set up 8 months ago. It is a very simple set up. There is around 40kg of planting live rock, the flow is created by tunze wave box and 2 mp40 vortech. I use Deltec apf851 and Korallin no3 denitrator for no3 control. I also dose 6ml of vodka daily. This keeps no3 below 10. For po4 control I use liquid po4 removers. I also run quite a lot of carbon, and there is large population of brittle stars (around 30) to eat anything sun coral miss. There are mostly sun corals, 9 rhizos and 24 tube anemones.

I am glad there are some that like the set up as it is not the typical blueish tank :)

I am always on a hunt for nice tube anemones. I do have one orange/peach, but this variety does not mix well with the more common cream, purple type IME.

Thanks

This is an aweseome tank. Fantastic job. Should be nominated for TOTM. Would be nice to see instead of huge SPS tanks all the time, not that they aren't deserving.

OMG and you don't have any algae problems? That's a huge amount of food; do you do daily WC's or something...I just can't imagine that amount of food daily...why not just target keed?
