How big is the tank? Dottybacks are very territorial, and sunrises have a mixed reputation, from what I've seen. Some people report that they're peaceful, while others say the opposite. You might also want to visit the Reef Fishes forum and do a search for sunrise dottybacks to get some ideas.

I've got a neon dottyback in my 28g. It's pretty aggressive towards new fish but calms down after a few days. It has killed one new addition to my tank.

As for my premium snowflake pair, I kept them in a breeder box for a day for everybody else to get used to looking at them. When I finally released them into the DT, the dottyback went for them right away but the clowns both turned around and chased it off. Hasn't been any aggression since.

IMO clowns can handle their own against most fish.

Though I can't speak of your species in question, I know my Pseudochromis diadema (Purple Stripe Diadema/Dottyback) is quite the agressor. He is roughly 2.5" and my female 4" Tomato won't touch him or go into a chase if he so happens to wander in my Tomato pairs cave. This Tomato will repeatedly nail my hand when I'm fragging, has killed some 4 chromis' and is full of pi$$ & vinegar.

The Dotty back did at first take some scales off the male Tomato, but has been a model citizen since. In your case, I would fear the Snowflake Occelaris would be pushed around if in less than some 75gallons and not larger then the Dottyback. I only risked this combo in my 58gal, b/c I knew my female clown was a goon and could handle her own and anyone that picked on hubby.
