for sps these all need to be 0 and Alk should be 7-8. Ca 350

Not so. Sps do well in a range of 380 to over 500ppm calcium with alk at 7 to 11dkh,ime and that of others. Natural seawater runs around 400ppm calcium with alk around 7 dkh . and NO3 around .2ppm.NO3 is fine at under 5ppm or even a bit higher. PO4 at .05 does fine too.

i most likely that they are bleaching cuz of my mistake and not setitng my doser slower it emptied out to quick and giving that a reaction to my montis.

I'll agree with others and guess this is most likely due to an alkalinity spike/swing. IME, montipora are the first to show signs of distress due to alkalinity issues. (And it's possible for all other SPS to look perfect at the same time. That doesn't mean that there isn't anything wrong.)

I'd unhook the doser, test every couple of days, and use the Reef Chemistry Calculator to manually dose the appropriate supplements when they're required.
