Had a Vectra go south on me. I bought it in 2016 but it sat in my garage for a little more then a year before I actually integrated it into my sump. Ecotech could have told me to take a hike I've surpassed warranty but they honored it, no questions. I'm expecting the new motor and PS (JR felt it best to send a new one as well) today. To Cade and JR and Ecotech Marine, thank you. I'm impressed with how you handled this more then I can express. Thank you

I agree as well. I sent in an MP40 for repair about a week ago, it was out of warranty and they fixed it (power supply) and shipped it back free of charge (other than my cost to ship it there). I've been running vortecs for many years, great experience overall. Their customer service weighed heavily in my decision to order an XR15 G4 Pro about an hour ago. If its everything I hope it will be, I will be ordering more to make the full conversion from metal halide to LED (a very new trick for an old dog like me). Not sure if that was the same Alex that handled my MP40 repair (Mike M), but THANK YOU!!!!

I hear constantly about the great service Ecotech has. Props to a company selling high end quality product and having excellent support behind it as well.
