Swallowtail with a mole????

As will everything in this hobby there are always problems. Noticed a small dot by the tail of my swallowtail angel. It looks like a mole, but I'm guessing parasite. Really not sure it does not look like anything I've seen with marine fish illnesses. Shes eating well, and looks 100% besides this strange dot. I want to qt her, at least to monitor it.

What could this be, a single brown dot.

Could just be a wound. What else is in the tank?

Cant get one shes a very active swimmer. I wouldn't suspect a wound but not sure, I have a snowflake, melanurus, 2 clowns, and 3 benggai.
