Yes. Pattaya Thailand is a coastal city. A beach destination that's also become a commercial industrial center.

Permits are easy in Thailand, if there's a need to get one to pump NSW.

One of the wood teams though they could lift the glass floor of one of the sala and adjust some of the frame under it.
Glass broke..........
had to remove all (and not fun to remove broken tempered and laminated glass)
new glass coming in at end of the week.

I would agree that a flow through system would be your best bet. You'd have to figure out pipework to go out to the ocean and then pipework back out to the ocean, but then just some pumps to have a constant flow in and out would do the trick. I would think that someone could figure out a formula that would allow for a quick enough flow in and out that the salinity would stay fairly constant with that of the ocean itself.
