Swollen sps frag?

I have an sps frag that started looking swollen today. I've had it a few weeks and seemed to be growing and healthy. Up until today it was pretty thin and dark and today the polyps look transparent and kind of bubbled.

Is it bleaching? The base is turning white

That would be the tissue receding. I'd check your water quality. Might need more light.

having it for a few weeks your base should have encrusted already.you shouldnt see any glue. i think theres something else going on.

When they look like this, they could be getting ready to lose all tissue. Not good. Keep an eye on it, but there will be little that you can do if it is getting ready to RTN.

Yeah I figured. It was a free frag so I'm not too worried. I was gone a couple days and when I came back I noticed the crabs had killed a couple snails and the water was filthy from that. Could that have thrown everything off? As far as the amonia

depends on how big your system is.

are you using leds by chance?

No I'm using pc's, which is probably the problem. Frag is done unfortunately :/ all the flesh is gone.
