T-Max falling (& I can;t get up!)

Hi,
Hopefully someone here can help. I just got a T-Max clam and had it sitting in the sand. Every day it seems to "fall over" and I reach in and stand it back up. Tank 120 gal 5 month old. 10,000K MH 2-175W Actinics.I started to feed it DT's phytoplankton which I got this week. I moved it to a place where there is a piece of base rock under the sand...still falls over.
I havn't had it very long but know I'd better do something fast to make it happy because once it starts to "go" there's probably no turning back.
Please help!!!

Go to the LFS and dig through their live rock until you find a piece with a shallow depression the clam can sit in. You may have to do a little carving to get it just right, but be sure it's not too tight, the clam has to still be able to open.
