Definitely ati bulbs. Giesemann and KZ bulbs are just as good, but more expensive. ATI is the gold standard. I buy them online but if you prefer buying in person at the fish store most stores carry giesemann. Haven't seen many that carry ati...but like I said, I only order online ever.
That fixture is fine just make sure you can keep it cool, If you can install a couple clip on fans to blow cool air at the bulbs that would be ideal. Just helps slow down spectral shift and helps them last longer. That's what makes the actual ati sunpower fixture so good is its cooling ability. Anyhow.
Lots of 8 bulb recommendations out there just depends on how blue or white you like the tank. For a color combo with lots of pop and fluorescence, but still good growth. Try
4- ATI blue+
2- ATI true actinic
1-ATI coral+
1-ATI purple+ (or a second coral+ instead)
A massive coral aquaculture facility known as World Wide Corals in Orlando Florida has found through years of trial and error that a tremendously effective bulb combo for growth is 6 ATI blue+ and 2 ati aquablue specials. I wouldn't personally care for that color combo as I find it a bit on the "green" looking side, but it works really well for the pros. I've considered giving it a try for a year or so but haven't bit the bullet
