Gathering information for my soon to come T5 Build.

I'm going to be building an 6 foot long 8 Bulb 39Watt T5H0 Fixture. (Four 36" bulbs end to end to make a 72" fixture)

My Options so far are to use FOUR of the ballasts ATI uses:
2x24W or 2x39W T5 High-Output Ballast - ATI
http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/2x24w-2x39w-t5-high-output-ballast-ati.html

Use 2 Workhorse 5 Ballasts (Down side is they are not Program Start Ballast) and basically just a MEH ballast all around.

Or Two of these below. Program Start. and states " (1 to 4) - 54 watt T5 HO lamps or any 4 lamp combination to a maximum of 216 watts "

Has anyone used these before ? At $35.99 each seems like a good price!
