Tail spot blenny is making sand storm

I own this tail spot blenny for almost 1 year, and recently it's acting really strange.

I don't know all blenny doing this or just tail spot blenny.
It's constantly picking up the sand around his hideout and spit them out at somewhere else, when he is doing so, he is making a sandstorm in my tank.

I've never heard any blenny doing that before. Is this normal behavior for a belnny?
