As far as the personalized attention I received from Richard even on a Saturday evening, I really appreciate everything he's done during this experience...truly amazing. I don't no how to say thank you enough to Richard. His approach to each customer is truly amazing and a lost art in the business world. You've given me hope! I plan on keeping in touch with Richard as I go along and always go back to him for future purchases - if you haven't tried "The Package" or have not done business with Richard yet and you're planning a new reef, you need to contact Richard to help you - I promise you will not be dissapointed - I'll always recommend him to other reefers. That is what I like to hear....especially on the last day of the year....I guess folks like you are the reason I went out in the gulf of Mexico and went diving in near zero visibility...and can you say...... COLD water....for a load of rock today.....was no fun today!
