Tang found dead.

Came home today to find my scopas tang dead. You may have seen my recent post about my puffer which just died as well. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2326655

Here is a pick of the tang- any idea on what this is? He looked very healthy last night, and was eating. He previously had ick, but seemed to have recovered in the last week since I started hypo. The spots were gone and his color had improved. Not sure what is in the tank now...

Based on this pic and your thread about the puffer; I'd say it's likely you have a pretty aggressive bacterial infection sweeping thru the tank. I would treat all your remaining fish with Furan-2 ASAP. Or some other broad spectrum antibiotic. Erythromycin probably isn't potent enough to deal with this.

If I get the fish out, how do I treat the tank? I have 2 eels, how do hey handle this treatment?

Going fallow for a month or so should eradicate it. Unfortunately, I don't know how well eels handle antibiotics; I haven't owned one in 10-15 years.

2 months fallow will take care of the ich and marine velvet

+1 I apparently glossed over the part about the tang/puffer having Ich. Going fallow for 9-10 weeks should eradicate Ich, Flukes, bacterial infections and whatever other nasties might be living in your tank.
