Anyone got any ideas on this juvenile tang?
Was at my lfs was listed as a yellow tang but looks more like a bristle-tooth, the workers at the shop agreed that it probably wasn't a yellow tang but it came in with a shipment of yellow tangs, it's very small maybe 3/4", it is pure yellow no spots stripes or blues showing yet!

Bristletooth of some sort like mentioned above. The caudal and anal fins appear to have blue at the tips

I lean towards voting atlantic blue tang as well. Would be easier to tell if the fish's mouth was closed in the pic. Otherwise makes it look like a bristletooth.

It reminds me of the squaretail bristletooth tang, but I agree it probably is an Atlantic Blue :)

My first though after looking online was Caribbean blue tang, but the lfs import their own fish from the pacific and this arrived with the normal yellow tangs! Has me puzzled but quite enjoying the mystery!
Yes there is a slight blueness to the fins but not sure if this is just the light (running at 14k) catching on the fin edges

I guess in time it's identity will become more clear! Thanks all for the ideas! It's settled in really well, feeding well and very active! Will update if any stripes or spots appear! :)
