Tang police DO NOT LOOK endview photos of 600

Great photos! Lovely tank! Tangs are great fish if you've got room for them and I think that you've provided for them very nicely. :)

Size is good now, very nice. Clown and sohal next?:)

What is the end width of your tank? Since it is in-wall, how about a shot of wall and tank together?

yeah the end width you are looking at is 48" as far as a clown tang, they are tricky, dont think i'll try one, although they are nice. A red sea sohal would be nice, I'll wait till someone has one that outgrows the tank and I'll scoop it up :)
I'll try to find a photo or take one of the side including the wall. Its tough the tank is viewable on 3 sides so most people cant figure it out just looking at the photos. I wish I had the time and talent to do a 3-D top view.

Well thanks guys, It still kind of a new system (15 months) I may resurect this thread in a year and do a progression shot, hopefully the corals will grow a bunch and fill in.

It is photosynthetic, its from the caribbean (florida i think)and they have been illegal to cellect from there for a long long time, only recently was the collecting of them permitted. You should start to see them available more often i would think.
I dont target feed it, only what the pumps blow at it. I've had it for about 3 or 4 months now.

reefkoi-do you have any more pics of your unicorn?

(I have one too, I think this is a great fish, Don't see to many of them, but none the less as mine ages she becomes more and more beautiful...)

Absolutely Stunning. Does your naso beg? Mine is the friendliest fish. She eats out of my hand and protects me from Nemo the vampire Clown. :)

All my fish seem to beg, all my reef fish always have :)
I do hand feed the naso, the unicorn and some of the convicts hand feed, the yellows and clowns and purple are too shy. the naso family always seems to be the most "petlike" fish i have.

Very nice. I had 3 yellow tangs in my 240 and they tussled all the time. The others all got along pretty well. I agree with oyu about having swimming room. As my corals have grown I have had to remove rock so my sail fin tang has room to swim.

Yeah this was an idea I had in my head for a couple years, it will look a little sparse till the corals fill it in and grow upward. Now the more open reef seems to be the aquascape idea everybody is heading towards. Not saying my aquascaping is that great but the open idea is nice looking, I like it much better than the wall of rock, especially for the long term I'm thinking of the 5 year old tank and not the instant gratification tank thats full in 6 months.

I feed them julian sprungs sea veggies daily, out of my hand. They like the red seaweed. Also daily feeding of P.E. brand mysis shrimp. Thats it.
