While the 150g is a decent size tank, those dimensions are not the most desireable for tangs as far as swim room/length of tank.
I would read this sticky, and lean towards the most conservative end of the recommended tangs for that size tank, and I personally would only keep 1 or 2 of the smaller tangs listed. http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1946079
Koles are great, would be a good choice and be a nice grazer for that tank.
I like having one good grazing tang and a lawnmower blenny to make sure to keep any nuissance algae in check.
These are really tough tanks to stock. I would never put a yellow or purple in one, 36" is not nearly enough swimming room. I've never kept a Kole, so I'll defer to those folks on that one.
Just looking for one or two good grazers. The kole tends to be pretty peaceful in terms of tangs and tops out at about 7". Outside of the smaller nano variety fish that I will transfer I plan to stock mostly fairy and flasher wrasses. Need to build a screen top though for them.
