Tangs

Hi folks
Anybody kept a brown sail fin tang along with a lemon peel mimic tang, Have only once kept two tangs together, a yellow sail fin and a regal tang, but introduced the regal tang to the tank along with 5 yellow tail damsels and had no problems as the tang was the size of the damsels and confused the yellow tang I think. The mimic tang I'm looking at is young and bigger than the brown tang.
Thanks

What size tank? Depending on the size of the tank it could be hit or miss. Never heard of a brown Sailfin. I am assuming you are talking about a regular Sailfin. They have the potential to become complete jerks. IME, they rank in the top 6 of aggressive tangs, especially as they mature. I think this is due to the lack of space that hobbyist provide them. They can get big.

It's a zebrasoma scopes that's in the tank already. Would like to add a mimic lemon peel tang. 500 litre tank with a lot of live rock and hiding space

Ok, so not a Sailfin, but a Brown Scopas. Is the tank 4ft,5ft, or 6ft long? No experience with them, but heard they can also be hit or miss when it comes to aggression. How big is the Scopas? Both of them require a 125, 6ft long tank. If your tank is 6ft long, I would say go for it. Have you tried introducing anything after the Scopas so far? If so, how was the reaction? I would recommend getting an acclimation box to help introduce the Mimic Tang.
