Tank Bred True Perculas

I am thinking about ordering a pair of Aquacultured True Percs and just had a few questions. Do they get the same back markings as the wild caught specimens? Are they as hardy as the tank bred ocellaris? Which are more likely to host non-anemone corals? I have a large frogspawn and a large long tentacle toadstool I would like to see them host.

Any answers to these questions would be great. Also it would be great if you could post some pics of your tank bred percs if you have any.

The amount of black isn't dependant on where they hatched. (captive bred -v- wild caught) It's a genetic thing that can be effected to some degree with environment and health. Percula are just as hardy as ocellaris. Clowns can damage, or kill, stony corals when they use them as a host.

CB clowns will not be as bright in color regardless of where they were breed they most likely will host your hammer, frog, anemones over time

Yeah they are just as colourful although they do sometimes seem more washed out when young but colour up as they age. I also think wild clowns are usually older when imported.

I really have my heart set on the tank bred Percs...but all my local fish stores say they are not available from any of their suppliers. :( Does anyone know where I can find a pair?

Anyone? Liveaquaria does not have any listed and reefhotspot's site is still down. Can someone recommend other online fish vendors that you have had good experiences with that may have them?
