tank raised clowns not eating

I've had some success raising clownfish from eggs. I've sold some to local hobbists, mostly with great results. However, 2 of my customers have contacted me that their clownfish are not eating. I don't know how to advise them, as I have been fortunate never to have had this problem.

What should I tell them, and is there anything I can do to prevent this happening in the future?

Thanks in advance,
Kathy

What are they offering for foods? If they ae feeding the fish what you were, it should work. How long have they had the fish? Not uncommon for fish to be reluctant eaters for a couple days until they settle in.

Tell them to check their water parameters. If the clowns ate when you had them and all of their siblings are doing OK, then it is probably not the fish, but the hobbist.
