tasie ptc heaters

Hi all, has anyone used this heater for a reef tank?

The brand is Tasie which has very little results when googled. I have been using one of these exact heaters on my 80 gallon freshwater tank for around a year with zero issues. My main concern is if the stainless is ok in a reef enviroment or if it will eventually add harmful substances. Thanks

A lot depends on the type of stainless, some rust easier than others.
That is why drop in chillers use titanium, so do larger wattage heaters like Finnex.
