Ok lets try this again.
Will start with the old tank.
About a month ago I noticed the seam ready to fail on my 240. The next day I had it torn down. Luckily (or not) I had been refurbishing a 420 from a small public aquarium here in town and was almost done with it. I hadn't planned on using it myself but at this point my options were either sell everything and get out of the hobby completely, or set up the big tank.
The new tank is 96x36x28.
I don't have everything hooked up yet. I still need to move my heaters to the sump, hook up the GFO/Carbon reactor and some other small things.
I am using most of my old equipment from the 240 except the Oceans Motions. Ive decided to go with 4 Tunze 6105 and the 7095 controller when I eventually get the money for them. I also plan on building LEDs for it.
Super Dart Gold return pump.
AquaC EV-400 Skimmer fed by a Blueline 55 HD.
I haven't gotten around to taking any pics since the water was so cloudy but here's one taken during our clubs tank tour last week.
And a video I took at feeding time tonight. Sorry for the shakiness.
