TDS Reading...

Ok, just got my TDS meter today and I checked our water....It read 102 going in the RODI and 2 coming out.... is 2 good??? I've heard alot people w/ 0....

I wouldn't be too concerned with a reading of 2. Sometimes letting the water run for a while will produce a lower reading.

Jeremy what are you storing your water in or you place it in when you test?

I filled a glass cup and tested it.... I usually store it in a 5 gallon bucket.

I would poor out the glass a couple times before taking your reading. You never know what residue might have been left behind.

Yea, you were right Dennis. I let my RO unit run for about 5 minutes and then tested it and it was down to 1. So I'm sure it would go down to 0 after a while.
