Hi everyone.
As the proud distributors of GHL we like to give the best possible support, and as most of you are aware we are very much active on this forum helping out when we can until late at night sometimes.
Of late though and especially last night we have started receiving calls as late as 10-10.30pm, and reapeat re dials when there is no answer. Please understand calls at these times of night will NOT be answered.
Although I may be seen being online and helping out at these times, that is due to me sitting on the sofa at home with lap top in front of me while the wife watches Americas next top model or similar.
As of today our office phone will no longer be diverted to home to avoid this disruption.
Please note our technical support hours.
9am - 6pm Monday to Friday Eastern Standard time
