Tentacles falling off

Occasionally I find a bright green piece of something floating around or on the bottom of the sand bed. I've now realized it's my anemones tentacles. They aren't as fat as they used to be. What is causing this?

I would like to know water params first before I can say for sure. But generally when the tentecals fall off, that is a sign of stress.I wont say that it is till I see water params but that what generally happens!

Well not too sure on calc and alk, but nitrates are either 10 or 20. I can't tell on the salifert test kit. Some of the tentacles look like they are rubberbanded, like it's getting pinched off. I recently moved a powerhead because it's tentacle were getting pretty close to it and I didn't want to come home to a purée anemone. I've been playing with the flow last night and this morning to get it to hit the anemone more now because it wasn't for a couple of days.

It's a bta. I did a 10g wc three days ago and then a 15g wc 1 day ago and planning on changing 15g more tomorrow

Well what does he look like now?Is his color good?Does he eat food when given? Is he sticky? And how long have you had him?

Yes to all. The only difference in looks is the tentacles look thinner. Hmm, I guess I've had it two to three weeks maybe? I'll have to check my daily planner when I get home cause I wrote it down in there. I didn't think it was even going to attach when I first got it because the foot didn't want to come off the rock it was on and I think some flesh got taken out, though it could've been rock. Couldn't tell.

Let him be.Min edone this.Because you haven had him very long,I would say hes just adjusting to the tank.I think he will be fine.
