John , Thank you for some more of your excellent advice .

The Iwasaki 175 Watt 15,000 K bulb is awesome . I just got done changing my lighting set up again , and I love it . I can't wait to see how my corals will react .

Ted, your gonna like those 175 Iwasakis. I have one over my 40 frag and the SPS frags looks better than in my main tank.

I think it's just a little too much for my zoas that are mid tank though. They seem to close up fairly often.

They'll love it. Like the aquascaping too.

Thank you . The aquascaping is mostly DIY rock . Some good friends , adnup , Steven M. ,and sunkool all inspired me with their DIY rock . They encouraged me to give it a try , so I did.

Ted, how are you liking the 175's? Maybe I should ask how the corals are liking them?

I love em . Really bright white , with a hint of blue . my corals seem to really like them as well . Their color has greatly improved , and their growth has gotten a lot better . I feel they are every bit as bright as 250 watt bulbs , with 30-40 % less power draw . The bulbs cost less to replace as well . Everyone I have talked to that run the 175 watt 15,000 K Iwasaki bulbs , say they love them .
