Rainer & Catherine,

Had a excellent time at your meeting! Thank you so much for hosting. Your tanks, propagation tank and "flusher" were amazing. It was a good gathering of members and great conversation. Tom and I had a very nice evening.

Thanks!
Linda

Rainer and Catherine,
Was very nice meeting you. Had a great time at the meeting. The prop tank, and toilet are sweet. What a amazing home you have, and tanks also. Was nice meeting those of you who missed Dave ESPI's meeting last month.
Thanks,
Dan ;)

Also Chris B., great job with the printed newsletter. It looked very professional. I look forward to future newsletters coming out, be it online or printed version. Keep up the great work.

Rainer,

Always a pleasure to see ya :)

Nice to meet Catherine finally...

You have an amazing house and your tanks are super nice, the DIY projects you have are kick-*** !!!

Looking forward to a date for the swirl projects :)

A good meeting as always :)

Me too. Thanks so much for hosting the meeting. I had a great time, I enjoyed meeting you both, and loved seeing your tanks.

Thanks everyone for making the long trip here and my apology for the misleading directions - hope everyone made it home at a decent time!

Just gets to show ya, we have a great bunch of people in our club!!

Special thanks to Tony and Xian for the nice frags and the council members for volunteering to keep us in line! Great job!

Rainer

P.S.: I like Catherine's idea about having a Reef/ Volleyball/ picnic/ whate ever get-together in the spring or summer next here here at Egan Road!

I have an interesting club get together idea. Would anyone be interested in a cruise??? We keep our yacht at Lock 1 marina from May till Oct. Lots of room aboard. Huge Bar-B-q on the aft deck. Could do a lobster or clam bake? I could supply the boat and fuel. Could take up funds for the eats?

Cruise down 2 locks and see the city from the water. I can post pics of the boat sometime.

Room for 25 people easy

PS: sorry for not making the meeting. No one would cover.

Its a 60 ft trolling yacht with single screw Turbo diesel cat engine.

Typical cruising speed is 9 knots. Its a displacement hull design ment for long range trips. Its an ocean going vessel. Has a boom and down riggings for high sea's. All of which are removed for now. Sits to tall to clear many bridges. We took it out last friday. Stored in the port of Albany for the winter.

Now we just have to wait 8 mons  :( To be honest with this summer's weather and life in general. Jill and I only went on one short cruise upto Mechanicville with the captain-my pops.

The boat is named "Blue Haven"

These pics are 3-4 yrs old. We have made many large improvements since we bought it. I wanted to get some pics out tho. I will have to get more rescent ones. The Dophins swam next to the boat as we cruised north from Florida.
