As posted in other forums, I had a five month old IceCap ballast become defective. Unfortunately, IC is now out of business so I thought I was stuck with a defective ballast. I contacted Premium Aquatics where I purchased the ballast and told them about my issue. Jeremy took care of my problem. My reef lighting is back to normal. I now know why I've dropped so much cash with you guys since the late 1990s. Thank you!
